This data was collected from a 1977 - 1000 Ton HPM that
had on/off valves controlling the clamp and a Bosch Rexroth injection
valve with DPQ controller controlling the injection process. Variations
in the clamp and cycle times are due to the discrete valves controlling
the clamp. One can see how well the injection process is controlled
with 2R Automation’s injection control system.
